Team
François Hoogstoël
A CPA and graduate of EM Lyon Business School, began his career at Ernst & Young, and then worked as a Financial Director with Schlumberger and E.D.S.
He has lived abroad for seven years (New York, Cairo, Brussels), has created Hoogstoel & Associes in 2001 and currently teaches management at Sciences Po Paris.
Sophie Henniaux Grimbert
Holds a Master in Human Resources and a Business degree, spent nine years in Cadbury Schweppes sales management.
She has worked in the recruitment and assessment business for fifteen years, eight of them for Russell Reynolds Associates.
She has a deep knowledge of several sectors, including Retail, Luxury Industry and Services.
Thierry Pedros
Thierry Pedros, Neoma BS Graduate, began his career in the USA and Canada before joining The Walt Disney Company in Paris where he worked for more than twenty years, lately as VP of Disney Global Learning then VP Europe Strategic Alliances. With a strong expertise in Marketing and Sales, he specialises in Consumer Goods, Sports and Entertainment, Hospitality, Financial Services and direct-to-consumer models.
